Job Description

Responsibilities and Authorities:

Maintaining and improving relationships with assigned Clients.

Conducting market research and acquiring new Clients, as per the given target and directions from the Sales Director.

Own and team’s orders;from Request for Quotation to Collection of payment and Client feedback.

Requesting quotations from approved Suppliers, comparing and selecting quotations.

Calculating cost estimations and providing data to the Administrative Assistant to prepare quotations.

Ensuring correct documentation for all jobs.

Having in-depth knowledge of contracts with assigned Clients.

Monitoring market trends and increasing product and service knowledge.

Proactively researching and proposing new products and proposals for pitching to Clients.

Submitting sales reports to the Sales Director as instructed.

Attend and actively participate in weekly sales’ meetings.

Monitoring media for Tenders to take part in, recommend participation, and submitting Tenders.

Working according to established policies and procedures.

Positively mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to a healthy workplace culture.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma.

Driving license.

Fluent English and preferably Arabic,

Able to create and deliver presentations, strong interpersonal, communication,and
negotiating skills.

Good leadership skills.


4 years selling in the GCC market.

4 years in the industry.

proven ability to maintain and improve relationships with major clients.
