To sell and process motor insurance policies across a range of Motor Dealership Showrooms within a designated area in accordance with Company underwriting and premium guidelines. To maximize the renewal of issued policies on an annual basis. To promote AXA brand image across the Motor Dealership network to maximize new and renewal business.
Build a strong relationship(s) with the motor sales team within a designated Motor Showroom to maximize the opportunity to sell new motor insurance products to purchasers of new and used motor vehicles from the designated dealership;Be responsible for selling motor insurance products within delegated authority limits and in accordance with the criteria laid down in approved underwriting manuals;Be expected to be able to differentiate between “good” and “poor” motor risks to minimize the loss ratio associated with policies issued;Identify and refer all risks outside personal authority to the relevant manager;Increase the personal lines business by answering customer queries or transferring such queries to the Personal Lines Walk In or Call Centre and by marketing value added options to new and potential clients;Be responsible for the management of money received at dealership and for the payment of commissions under the guidance of and in conjunction with the Finance Department.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of sales processes and motor insurance products in Qatar.Possesses basic understanding of underwriting principles and of those competitors providing motor insurance and the key aspects of their policies.Completed secondary education.With at least 3 years experience in sales.
